Couldn't decide between colour or B&W for this shot, so I'm going to upload the colour version tomorrow.

It looks very systematic in b&w which for my thoughts equates the farmed nature of this plant crop. I have never seen lavender grown commercially and this for me is really very interesting.
I look forward to seeing a colour version of it only to see more of the lavender specific colour. ndiginiz @ 2007-09-25 11:08:19
This is an interesting shot. The BW processing makes the lavender look more like native vegetation rather than a planted crop. Look forward to seeing the color version! Kim @ 2007-09-25 17:01:55
This is an interesting shot in B/W - you were there at a good time to get some decent clouds to add interest as well. Keep the mystery and don't put up a colour version! Bob @ 2007-09-25 17:22:20
Perfect color tones, framing and composition. Mohamadreza @ 2007-09-26 01:46:42
Love this shot, looking forward to the color version. Ashish Sidapara @ 2007-09-26 02:58:24
I prefer this to the colour version. The detail in the plants is great. I think this is lost a little with the colour. lemmingstone @ 2007-10-03 18:20:15
